Produced by Te Papa, these 100% cotton Cushion Covers are based on issued pictorial stamps by Enid Hunter for New Zealand Post in 1970.

Her first New Zealand stamp designs – the native New Zealand butterfly series - were submitted in response to a New Zealand Post Office competition and were released as stamps in 1970. Featuring strong graphic lines and rich colours, Enid’s illustrated native butterflies are still appreciated today for their simple yet vivid portrayals.
